Client login portal access
Services are typically provided via custom setup and ongoing monthly subscription, with possible usage-based billing.
3. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to enter into binding agreements
Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
Services may be used globally unless restricted by law.
4. Account & Access
Clients may receive access to a client login portal.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activity under your account
Ensuring authorised use only
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
Services may include:
Setup fees
Monthly subscription fees
Usage-based charges (where applicable)
All fees will be agreed prior to service activation.
5.2 Billing
Payments are due monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with notice.
5.3 Late Payments
Two consecutive late payments may result in service suspension.
Three late payments at any time may result in permanent termination.
5.4 Refunds
Clients are entitled to a 14-day refund period unless services have been materially delivered or customised.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the services lawfully
Not use the AI system for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
Not impersonate others
Ensure compliance with call recording laws in your jurisdiction
Obtain required consent from customers
Provide accurate business information
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership of Our Systems
AIExpansion retains full ownership of:
All software
AI systems
Automation workflows
Branding
Underlying technology
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7.2 Client Data
You retain ownership of:
All customer data
Call recordings
Uploaded content
Business information
We act as a service provider processing this data on your instructions.
7.3 AI Outputs
You own the outputs generated for your business through our system.
You may use them commercially.
We retain a limited right to use anonymised, aggregated data for system improvement.
8. AI Disclaimer
Our services use artificial intelligence technologies.
You acknowledge:
AI outputs may contain errors
AI is not a substitute for professional advice
AI responses should be reviewed where appropriate
We do not guarantee specific business results
AI is a tool to assist your business operations.
9. Service Availability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted operation
Error-free functionality
100% uptime
We are not liable for downtime caused by:
Third-party providers (OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe, etc.)
Internet outages
System failures beyond our reasonable control
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in unlawful activity
You misuse the system
Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
11. Data Retention After Termination
Following termination:
Data may be retained for up to 12 months
Retention may be required for legal or financial purposes
Data may then be securely deleted
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business opportunity
Indirect or consequential damages
Reputational harm
Missed bookings due to third-party outages
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Power failures
Internet outages
Third-party service disruptions
Government action
14. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:

15. Governing Law
